October 2024

Pham, Anne-Marie - Circular (new)

Hello everyone!

As part of our ongoing mission to create a truly inclusive Canada, this October, CCDI proudly celebrates Canadian Islamic History Month, shining a light on the significant social and economic contributions Muslims have made to Canadian society. We also spotlight their experiences to foster a deeper understanding of their successes and the Islamophobia that is experienced in Canada.

We welcome you to do a deep dive into this theme and check out our webinar, podcast, blogs, and resources offered throughout October to educate, inform, and encourage active listening and empathy.

Warm regards,

Anne-Marie Pham

Fall 2024 Community of Practice- Kick-off - EN-1

Join us for our upcoming Community of Practice event—there is still time to register. From October 3 to November 7, we will conduct both virtual and in-person sessions exploring themes of identity, interconnection, and conflict resolution in fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA). You will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, share resources, and gain valuable insights to contribute to a more inclusive and just society. If you're passionate about DEIA and want to be part of a community committed to positive change, we invite you to take advantage of this opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations and collaborative efforts toward positive change.
