November 2024

Pham, Anne-Marie - Circular (new)

Hello everyone!

As we enter November, I’m inspired by the powerful voices and shared commitments that fuel our journey in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. This month, we’re reminded of the collective strength we hold when we come together to support and uplift one another.

For the International Day of Tolerance on November 16, I’m honored to release a podcast episode with Sonia Sangha, Global DEI Leader at IKEA. Together, we discuss the rising challenges faced by South Asian communities and how we can each play a role in fostering genuine inclusion. I invite you to tune in, reflect, and spark these important conversations within your teams and communities.

On November 26, we'll  gather at the 2024 DreamMakers Summit to focus on truth and reconciliation in action. This is an exclusive event for Employer Partners of both CCDI and Indigenous Works, inspiring workplaces to center Indigenous voices, build inclusion practices, and actively support reconciliation in everyday actions. If your organization is ready to make a meaningful impact on Indigenous inclusion in the workplace, contact us to learn how you can join the DreamMakers Council. Registration will open soon.

Let's move forward together with purpose, making every opportunity count toward lasting change.

Warm regards,

Anne-Marie Pham
