June 2024

Pham, Anne-Marie - Circular (new)

Hello everyone,

Happy National Indigenous History Month and a joyous Pride season to all! June is a month brimming with celebration and reflection, and at CCDI, we are committed to advancing our mission of creating a more inclusive Canada.

This month, we invite you to join our enriching webinars and listen to our latest podcast episode. Our webinars this month focus on succession planning for Indigenous professionals and the challenges and strategies for 2SLGBTQI+ inclusion in the workplace. Please register to gain valuable insights into creating more inclusive environments.

In the June edition of our Leader Talks podcast, I am joined by Kelly Lendsay, President and CEO of Indigenous Works. We delve into the latest conversations around Indigenous inclusion in the workplace, discuss the collaborative efforts of the DreamMakers Council, and preview the Indigenous Works annual summit, Inclusion Works ’24—where I will also share insights in a session entitled “Your Indigenous Inclusion Competitive Edge.” Look for the episode in the second week of June.

At CCDI, our vision is a world where all dimensions of diversity are celebrated. Thanks to our dedicated team, we continue to be a beacon of change through education, research, and action.

Join us in our efforts to shape a more inclusive society.

Warm regards,

Anne-Marie Pham

CEO, Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion
